1. Holding Structure & Network

VERSA, LLC operates as a holding company. While versaside.com serves as our primary institutional and B2B portfolio, we also operate and process transactions for consumer goods, e-commerce brands, and digital products across various subsidiary domains and independent storefronts. The following policies apply universally to all transactions processed by VERSA, LLC, regardless of the originating domain.

2. Privacy Policy

Our institutional website does not utilize invasive tracking technologies. Any personal information collected through our B2C ecosystem — including name, shipping address, email, and payment details — is used strictly to fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, process payments securely, and provide customer support. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and is never stored on our servers.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

All physical merchandise is manufactured on demand through our print-on-demand partner Printful, with fulfillment centers located in the United States, Mexico, and Europe. Orders are not shipped from inventory; every item is custom-produced after the order is placed.

A. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Fulfillment time: 2 to 7 business days from the date of purchase (time required to manufacture the item before it ships). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

B. Estimated Delivery Times (after fulfillment)

Domestic — United States & Canada:
Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days
Express Shipping (when available): 1 to 3 business days

International — Rest of the World:
Standard Shipping: 10 to 20 business days
Express Shipping (when available): 1 to 5 business days

Total estimated delivery = Fulfillment time (2–7 business days) + Shipping time.

C. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight, and selected shipping method. The full shipping cost is displayed before order confirmation — there are no hidden fees.

D. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. VERSA, LLC has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

E. Incorrect Address, Unclaimed Packages & Delays

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require the customer to cover re-shipping costs. Unclaimed packages returned to our fulfillment center will be treated as refused delivery; re-shipping fees apply. VERSA, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

F. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

4. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policies are categorized by the type of product or service purchased:

A. Physical Merchandise (Print on Demand)

Because every item is custom-printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. We strongly encourage customers to consult the size guide available on each product page before purchasing.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items: Replacements or refunds are offered exclusively if an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. To file a claim:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date via our Contact page.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.
  3. Our team will review the claim within 5 business days and, if approved, ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

B. Digital Products & Courses

All digital courses include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the digital product, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date by contacting our support team through the Contact page. Refunds for digital products are not available after the 7-day period.

C. B2B Branding & Agency Services

For custom strategy and branding services, refunds are not offered once a project has commenced and initial payments are processed. Cancellations are governed strictly by the individual Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed prior to engagement.

D. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

E. Order Cancellations

Orders for physical merchandise can be cancelled only if production has not yet started. Once the order enters fulfillment (typically within a few hours of placement), cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately through the Contact page.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. Most disputes can be settled quickly through our customer support team. Unjustified chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation including proof of delivery, order records, and customer communication.
